The owner of the farm should inform neighbors around after spraying his/her maize for them to be careful when grazing their cattles around... in this case if the farm owner didn't warn pple around there he's at fault

Actually after this incident, the maize farmer is supposed to claim for compensation for his destroyed crops, his intention for spraying was basically to control pests and diseases.
