Cardio doesn’t burn fat in burns calories. Strength training helps more plus you HAVE to be in a calorie deficit

Wish u were my personal trainer always been in great shape even at 45 had sepsis 3 months ago now wow everything has changed still exercising eating good yet put a stone on I don’t understand my body fat has always been 15% muscle mass 85% visceral fat 3% for over 20 years not anymore after sepsis please help me my confidence has plummeted never been fat or had wobbly bits before this time in my life
