My 14 year old Shih Tzu, Bonnie, has just been diagnosed with a Mast cell tumour. She sleeps a lot more and her appetite has decreased but she seems happy enough at the moment. The vet said the tumour is inoperable so she is on pain management. I’m dreading what’s ahead 😢

My dog will be 16 in a week definitely noticed bladder control . We were up most night she kept getting off bed walking around she’s deaf now and pretty sure there’s some dementia . She kept losing her back leg control last night but is fine today . Drinks water but hardly eats much. It’s heartbreaking because they can’t tell us exactly how they feel 🥺

my vet killed my dog, they failed to recognise infection until it was to late and I had to put him to sleep broke my heart 😢

Our last labrador wasn’t eating. We kept him three week too long. Our lab now is almost 14. He has so much trouble with steps but he eats great. We took the “test” in the spring. He has gone down a little, but we aren’t quite there yet. His dad lived to 14.
