You should try soviet pre-1970s cartoon, they are all great. Clear speech, slow movements, calm music, they all are based on fairytales about folklore or animals and talk about kindness and smartness and truthfullness. The best to watch are ones made by SoyuzMultFilm in 1960s. ☺️I'm sure there are english-translated versions of them on YouTube.
