your bleached flour took forever to go bad... but milled flour goes bad pretty fast cause of the wheat germ. I learned that pretty quick... so I only mill what I need instead of milling all at once

I’ve been getting Caputo flour (from Italy) it is very different from American flour . Non-gmo. Relatives who are gluten intolerant can eat this without problems.
