@hurricane_gh1: Seated Dumbbell Rear Delt Fly: Proper Technique Sit on a bench with bent knees and hold a dumbbell in each hand. Lean forward so your torso is at a 30–45° angle, with your arms hanging down and elbows slightly bent. Keeping a slight bend in your elbows, slowly raise the dumbbells out to the sides driving it the outside of your fist/pinky until they’re level with your torso.
