The flag lowering ceremony at the India Pakistan border has been held by both sides since 1959. Dana Desa Kalidandan Raib, Warga di PN Surabaya Mengaku Hanya Didaftarkan Tanpa Perbaikan Rumah Surabaya – Ruang Cakra Pengadilan Tindak Pidana Korupsi (Tipikor) Surabaya kembali menggelar sidang perkara dugaan korupsi Dana Desa Kalidandan, Kecamatan Pakuniran, Kabupaten Probolinggo, dengan terdakwa Trawi bin (alm) Keman, Jumat (22/8/2025). Sidang berlangsung terbuka untuk umum dengan agenda mendengarkan keterangan saksi-saksi dari warga penerima program bedah rumah. Dalam persidangan, saksi Eni, warga Kalidandan, menerangkan pernah didatangi terdakwa bersama perangkat desa pada tahun 2017. Saat itu, ia dijanjikan rumahnya akan diperbaiki melalui program bedah rumah. Namun, hingga berakhirnya masa jabatan terdakwa, tak ada perbaikan apa pun. Saksi lain, Nigar, juga mengaku hanya sebatas didaftarkan dalam program bantuan bedah rumah dengan alokasi dana sebesar Rp15 juta per unit. Namun, menurutnya, tidak ada realisasi bantuan yang diterima hingga program tersebut mandek. Hal senada diungkapkan Kargo, warga penerima program lain. Namanya memang tercatat sebagai penerima bedah rumah, tetapi rumahnya tak kunjung diperbaiki. Ia baru merasakan adanya perbaikan setelah perangkat desa berganti usai masa jabatan terdakwa berakhir. Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) sebelumnya mendakwa terdakwa Trawi melakukan tindak pidana korupsi Dana Desa Kalidandan tahun anggaran 2017–2019.
