as someone from the UK, I feel the US is both incredibly lucky and unlucky about the summer breaks. like you guys go on summer for 3 months whereas we only have 6 weeks. you also go on summer break much earlier (early-mid june im assuming?), but we leave mid-late july. however, you have to go back to school around now, whereas we go back in early September. i envy the length of your breaks, yet feel lucky that in still in my summer break:D
