ik a bunch of people are confused so I'll just explain for everyone. - basically hurricane Katrina was seen as a stunt by the US government to kill off a bunch of people while the gov pretened they were helpless to do anything, theres a documentary on it explaining it better but the gov denied help from other counties since they wanted to decrease world population - of course this is just what I know and It's important to do research yourself as well since this is just what I've learned from other videos
