went through this bs last year. I was on the 1st floor for medical reasons. the first day I got my keys I told the office I was not going to be able to deal with that noise above me due to my ptsd. they wanted to charge me extra to move so I had to put up with it. I tried talking to the people upstairs. reporting to the office. calling the police. then I just had to fight fire with fire til I could move out. their kids would run jump stomp roll drop things all day long but knew to stop during quiet hours so they couldn't get fined. I've lived in a 2nd floor apt with a toddler and I didn't let him run stomp jump and slam things at home out of respect for whoever lived under me. long story short. I bought a house when my year lease was up. But it's never too early to teach your kids respect and consideration for those around them. my son understood that at 2 when we first moved in that 2nd floor apt.

Lowkey I live with my bf and we’re regularly quiet other then a few squeaks when you step certain parts of the floor, we keep the tv down to a minimum and keep to ourselves and OMFG!!! our neighbor downstairs ARE NOISY ASF!!! from 6am to like past 8pm like we understand kids but bro I should not be able to hear your footsteps sound like your hitting the ceiling let alone VIBRATING MY WINDOWS. We only live where we’re at since we’re saving up for a house but I really don’t want to complain like a Karen but i also don’t want to keep tiptoeing around it’s tiring 😩

![Как я уже сказал, эту змею, aka Gonyosoma oxycephalum [гониозо ́ма оксицефалюм] aka краснохвостого зеленого полоза (в некоторых источниках «медянка», но это неверно), во Вьетнаме я уже встречал 🐍 И было это четыре года назад в том же месте и при тех же обстоятельствах. Мне даже удалось увидеть, заснять и рассказать, как огромная самка полоза, расположившись на уступе у потолка, выхватывала из темноты подковогубов с переменным успехом, но все же с завидной периодичностью, фаршируясь летучими мышами и все больше приобретая облик связки сарделек 🦇 С тех пор я посетил эту пещеру несколько десятков раз. В разное время суток, в разные сезоны. И на протяжении четырех лет шанс снова повторной встречи мне не выпадал. Повстречаться с полозом вне пещеры я не рассчитывал – змея дневная и древесная. Выудить ее с высоты в 50 с лишним метров из крон возможности не представляется. Да и днем я хожу редко, так как животные либо прячутся от жары, либо, если они приспособились и ведут дневной образ жизни, настолько разогреты и активны, что заметить их и поймать практически невозможно. Найти эту змею в рамках достаточно спонтанной натуралистической экскурсии – случайность и большая удача!
