I miss when party city and spirit used to make their stores dimly lit and scary, I remember it was a lot more immersive. Now it’s fluorescent light and it takes away from the atmosphere tbh 😢

2019 was my first year managing at spirit Halloween and I have a slight ptsd from setting up that display haha my fingers still haven’t recovered but that also is my favorite from the years

I started spirit Halloween in 2015 and the swamp was everything! The displays are called ISEs(in store experiences). I feel like the swamp will always be nostalgic for me! I also love the horror cinema so much

When I was a child … 08-11 and such omggg going into spirit Halloween was like a legit haunted house! Not kidding! Dark and spooky and all the fog it was a vibeeee so 2000s!

I’ve been building a store in my state, the ISE is HARD to set up and it’s so many pieces but it’s looking pretty gnarly the more we get done! I’m actually pretty excited for it!
