Your Honour, this was not legitimate traffic enforcement. The officer was in breach of traffic laws themselves, deliberately induced the alleged infraction through tailgating, and initiated a stop not for public safety but as retaliation. This is a textbook example of bad faith, abuse of authority, and malicious prosecution.

It should be at least 2 years of police academy so they are not stpid and actually now the law, but the government would never do that because the they will become a liability if there is a lawsuit. So the government do not care about citizens and their rights
