Perfect pang-giveaway or pang-meryenda 😋 📌 Recipe (Yield: ~18–20 pcs) depending on molds 📝 Ingredients: • 2 cups (240g) all-purpose flour • 1 cup (100g) powdered milk • 3/4 cup (150g) white sugar • 200g melted butter • 1 tsp vanilla extract • 250g dark chocolate • 2–3 tbsp neutral cooking oil 📝 Instructions: 1. Toast flour in a dry pan over low heat for 10–12 mins, stirring until light brown & nutty. Let cool slightly. 2. Add powdered milk, sugar & vanilla extract. Mix well. 3. Pour in melted butter and mix until evenly combined (mas madali gamit hands). 4. Option 1: Press into a polvoron mold & release. Option 2: Use mini muffin tray w/ liners, press mixture to pack in. 5. Chill molded polvoron for 15–20 mins. 6. Melt chocolate with cooking oil.
