when my great aunt died I was the person that ended up with her stainless steel cookware because I'm the only person in the family that really cooks. she had them for at least 20 years and I've had them for 20 years now. I enjoy using cast iron as well but my go-to is my stainless pans

Ok. So insted of experintemntig with that just use medium heat, add some oil, crack the eggs and heat up the pan with the eggis in it. Works every time and doesn’t require anything else. You’re welcome.
