Buddy says in the comments “do some research man” should take your own advice and realize the dosages are criminally low to the point where it’s not going to do anything. For example, the serving of the nitric oxide is 1.5g. One of the ingredients in there is L-citrulline. An effective dose of l-citrulline is 4-6g. You can’t fit an effective dose of all this ingredients in 2-4 pills
