My ex would shake sometimes, the first time it happened she started crying. I didn’t know how to console her so I licked the tears off her cheeks and she was so confused she stopped crying, I dressed her & pulled her into my lap and stroked her head. It’s one of my favourite memories with her, I didn’t want her to stop crying bc it was annoying or anything, I just wanted to ground her and let her know she wasn’t alone.
