I literally looked up who are the healthiest and happiest out of all the cultures and again and again the process of fasting, prayer, meditation, caring for others and movement came up and in every single healthy culture. It’s clear again and again. No convertion no push no pressure just information and freedom of choice and expression. Also women have more actual rights in Islam than in any other religious group. They can inherit they have ownership of their assets and their husband must provide. It is marketed by modern western media as something so different. Very sad that they need to lie to get their message out thru defamation and manipulation. They have a reason to dislike them but it isn’t what you have been told. It’s time to make sure the truth is shared.

As a Buddhist, I visited Israel about 20 years ago. I went to the church of the holy speculure and was amazed. Went with a Sikh friend and we both felt something. Knew straight away, this is why people are fighting over this land. Something special about Jerusalem.
