Pink Lotus is from the same team behind 26Thai and offers an elevated Thai dining experience. Their restaurant is GORGEOUS (so bright and vibrant!), and their menu includes authentic, bold dishes representing different regions across Thailand. Everything we tried was so good — some of our favorites included the crispy kale & minced chicken salad, the branzino with lettuce wraps, and the Pad Thai.
