I don't think I've ever been naturally happy. Sure there's been moments, but content is a better word for how I've feel most recently, and I'm OK with that honestly. If I was to guess, I think its hormonal and not chemical. I've wanted to start TRT treatment for some time now, I'm just scared to lose my hair.

Depression is my baseline, its the worst when I first wake up n then I have to do what I can to lift my spirit as the day progresses. If you don't work out I would recommend that more than anything

Speak to yourself the way you speak to people you love. Fake it til u make it baby. Try to wish blessings during moments of frustration. Our thoughts r like super highways and just one negative thought can pave the way for a million more. We never wanna go in that direction friend. So wen those bad thoughts arise, dont STAY on that highway. You can redirect and get urself going the right way again, but its harder the longer uve been driving in the wrong direction. Give urself some grace. We are all lost, some more than others, but all that matters is that we are actively trying to find our way. Also, even people who seem like they've got their ish together might be headed in the wrong direction, so try not to compare urself to others either. u are the only one who has walked ur path. u are the only one who knows how hard it was to keep walking. We all dont start off life at the same point on the starting line & comparison is the their of joy. U got this. Be kind to urself❤️
