@cast_iron_chris: I bought this entire lot for $3,500. To be able to profit $10,000 I need to average about $150 per piece. There are some heavy hitters in this lot that will go for several hundred. A lot of people don’t know this but vintage and antique cast iron cookware is highly collectible. A LOT of cast iron is not worth much, but some pieces are worth hundreds, and rare pieces are worth THOUSANDS. Some of these pieces are in great condition but they all will be stripped down and completely restored. I plan on slowly doing this over the next year.
