honestly 1a is the worst seat for networking because first row tends to be people who have been upgraded. you’re first on the plane anyways so i would go row two

Met the buyer sitting in first class on an international flight? How? Real international first class like on JAL, Emirates, Etihad, etc... is private enough you won't socialize with strangers. AA domestic first is absolutely nothing coveted and neither are the overcrowded flagship lounges.
