Great deal if the quality is good enough to be used for standard jobs at home. I know they can produce any quality from trash to premium. It's hard to guess here whether you are getting a good deal or if they just cheaped out on the materials. I have this same dilemma everytime I see a great deal on tools in the local LIDL 😅
