Waterways, Waterford Landing, Main Street, Buckhead East and Dunham Marsh have the most activity. Multiple businesses have paranormal activity as well.

Oop. Not expecting to see my hometown on here lol Richmond Hill has always been cursed and has a very eerie feel to it. There is so much history in our town and only true locals know about it. The Indians, battles, etc.

Coastal Georgia is a mess of planning. Calling Richmond Hill nice when your kids can't even go to the movie theaters is ridiculous it's a badly planned town it's nothing but homes and will continue to flood as storms get worse
