However, if you own your home free and clear, then YOU MUST purchase title protection insurance for your home in order to protect your property interest. I found this to be very helpful. It has always been a concern how the criminals can so easily perform your personal business without any verification, when you, the authorized party, encounter a series of checks and balances proving who you are and your right to initiate any such transaction! And to add insult to injury, in most instances, you must pay to have someone to watchdog what is rightfully yours! Somewhere along the way, the ball was not only dropped, it seems it was lost! It’s not right!
