Ugh so sorry this happened!! Arnica is your best friend for bruising. Just layer it on throughout the day when you can.

I'm so sorry that happened. Stairs terrify me I'm so clumsy. Your hair looks super chic (I chopped mine in May). But why do women feel like we need to cover wounds and bruises?? Men wouldn't even think about it.
