Yet it's illegal for your child to be off school and can go to jail for it but they can also never go to school and be fine huh

my child is going to nursery in sept however I do not wish him to go to school and want to homeschooling. does this work the same just not register him into a school when the time comes?

I have a bit of a story for you. My child has EHCP & schooled named was totally unacceptable, so he doesn’t attend. I requested alternative provision and my child was given 3 hours per week. I became so stressed dealing with LA, I told them to basically fuck off, I was going to HE. Two days later I was contacted by EHE, 😳 I proceeded to tell this lady that I thought 30 minutes a day on a 1-1 would be sufficient for my child 😂 when I say she lost her shit 🤣 she became very stern and told me that was in no way a suitable education for my child, then proceeded to threaten me with CME. I looked her dead in the face and said, according to your colleagues down the hall, 3 hours a week is sufficient, then showed her an email they sent. They put so much pressure on HE parents when their own departments are failing thousands of children.
