She fails to realize that SCU can easily swab the steering wheel and collect touch DNA, quickly have it processed and tested and prove whether or not she was in fact the driver. Ya just can’t get away with this irresponsible BS and failing to take accountability for your mistakes. Science has advanced so much in the past years and made it incredibly easy for LE and investigators to prove who is responsible for what with irrefutable concrete evidence that a defense attorney and accused suspect can’t argue their way out of!
