for anyone who doesn't know, localhost is for accessing something in your own computer, it's to test how the server would look like, the number is the port, but since it's local, if you send it to anyone it would try to access a server in your own computer, so it doesn't work for sharing it

Basically the person who made the site (probably did it with ai because they don't know its only for LAN or are very inexperienced) hasn't opened it to the public network (with ngrok usually), and thought it will actually work for another person except themselves
