I’m currently on pantaprozole 40mg bc I’ve got mild grade b erosive oesophagitis & I’m starting slippery elm tomorrow. If anyone has what I have and they have any advice it would be so helpful!!

Its a mystery to me how one thing can help someone while it’ll do the opposite for someone else, like chamomile! if i drink that i get a flare up of gastritis and horrable heartburn. I just wish one thing could help, so everyone could do that one thing, if that makes sense 😂

I always debated on taking slippery elm only because I didnt know when to incorporate it into my meal schedule. But I can definitely try an hour after eating!! And mixing it with chamomile tea is GENIUS I didnt even consider that! I will also definitely confirm with my doctor's of course xD thanks for sharing!

I would like to drink that every day, but I’m having trouble getting all my supplements in because I read it’s not good to take them around the slippery elm. How do you do that? How many hours do you wait before or after?

You're the reason I've been drinking this, finished my H pylori meds almost 2 months ago, and left with gastritis. I don't always drink it everyday but it's really helpful especially at night about 2 hours before bed I drink the tea.
