Keep ur records. After I got out of 3 tickets by going to court I got the prosecutor to add the next time it happens I’m suing for time lost including backdating the last 3. Got pulled over a month later. He ran my tag then pulled off leaving me confused but then it hit me and I smiled so hard.

This happened to my dad once. He was driving a dodge charger in a different province (so different license plate) and got pulled over by police trying to claim his license plate was expired (it was not.) They then asked for his license, checked it in their system, then came back trying claim he had a warrant out. My dad said “I’d hope not since I work for (Canadian equivalent of the CIA). You better check again.” Cop checked again, came back, and told my dad he’s good to go
