@_kaidesigns: Y'all, I believe they're rated as a 4-star property 😩 However, as someone who's worked for star rating systems, I know that ratings can be subjective vs. objective. 🤷🏾‍♀️ I do have three nice things to say about the hotel: the lobby is beautiful, the hotel is in an amazing location for dining and shopping, and I met a beautiful bride-to-be in her lovely wedding dress as she was heading down for her photoshoot!💜 There are three elevators, but only two were operational. The elevator that sits to left by itself closes extremely fast, and apparently, there's not a sensor to indicate that a person or object is there, as it closes up on you when you're trying to enter! The first room we got, both beds made noises. Lawd, I wish I'd recorded it. The beds should have been thrown out years ago. It was insane the level of high-pitched noise the beds made when you sat on them. The front desk person said, "We can't guarantee the beds in other rooms aren't squeaky." 🤦🏾‍♀️WTH?? They did move us to another room. The beds were fine. The air conditioning unit was leaking, and the carpet in the area around the window was wet due to this issue. I can see mold being an issue if this isn't resolved.🤢 Y'all, the door to the room did not close without you physically having to tug or push it close! (That's the first part of the video) That's a HUGE safety concern!!! I had to let one lady know, "Your door didn't close all the way." The staff were quite unfriendly. Nope!
