Please understand this. 1. We (who are located in Latin America, must of us) do not get paid what we should but still we do our best. 2. We HAVE to translate EXACTLY what your client says, if clarification is need it, ask for, don't assume we are inventing. 3. Is NEVER that we have a bad or poor internet is that YOU are in a enclosed building with a lot of interference. 4. Please treat us with respect. When we are saying goodbye at the end of a call please just bare with us until we finish. It can be very dehumanizing when you are hung up on while saying goodbye and to have a nice day, as if we were just machines.
