Already i was Laser treatment for both eyes in 2007 but my right eye is totally damage in 2017 due to Retinal detachment without any issues ...so i request to all please avoid this treatment

It is hurt and burning after the op for a few weeks , only the drops will help reduce the pain . I done in 2008 but my vision it is going worse and not better , i wonder if there is another secure treatment can be done after the first op ? Thanks ?
