I had someone do this and lack of experience was my only concern. She said can I ask then how I get that experience if no one gives me a chance to learn it. BEST employee I ever hired!

Well, I turned around and interview them the same way they interviewed me. I want to see if the hiring manager is a good fit for me. iinterviewing is a 2 way street.
