Bolillos para la semana 🥖 This recipe is different from my usual, but still delish 😋 Ingredients: 1 1/4 cup warm water  1 packet instant yeast (7g) 1 tsp sugar  1/4 cup olive oil 495g bread flour (around 4 cups) 1 tsp salt  Combine your ingredients and knead in stand mixer for 10 minutes or until dough is smooth and elastic.  If kneading by hand it may take 15-20 minutes to reach optimal gluten development. Allow to rise for 1-1.5 hours or until fully doubled in size. Shape in 138g balls (this recipe makes 6) and cover for another 5-10 mins to allow gluten to relax. Shape into bolillo form & allow to proof for 45 mins or until fully doubled in size.  Make a slit down bolillo, spray water, and brush oil onto slit. Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit for  35 minutes with a water bath on the bottom rack for steam.  Ingredientes: 1 1/4 taza de agua tibia 1 sobre de levadura instantánea (7 g) 1 cucharadita de azúcar 1/4 taza de aceite de oliva 495 g de harina de fuerza (aprox. 4 tazas) 1 cucharadita de sal Mezcle los ingredientes y amase en una batidora de pedestal durante 10 minutos o hasta que la masa esté suave y elástica. Si amasa a mano, puede tardar de 15 a 20 minutos en alcanzar el desarrollo óptimo del gluten. Deje levar de 1 a 1,5 horas o hasta que doble su tamaño. Forme bolitas de 138 g (esta receta rinde 6) y cúbralas de 5 a 10 minutos más para que el gluten se relaje. Forme un bolillo y deje levar durante 45 minutos o hasta que doble su tamaño. Haga un corte en el bolillo, rocíe agua y unte la abertura con aceite.
