Had a guy yelling at a cop we had directing traffic for us. TCS came up to me and told me what was happening. I asked her if shed talked to the foreman. She said yes and he woukdnt do anything. I went up to the guy and told him to leave. He said he wanted to know how much it was costing the city to be there. I told him we pay for the coos not the city. He kept getting more beligerent and i said I was done and if he didnt leave, I'd make him Told him from the first roadwork sign until the last it eas my job site and he needed to go. If he didnt I'd make him. He said how would i do that and ivsaid by having this old man beatcthe fuck out of you if I had to. He looks right at the cop and says you cant do that in front of her. She looks atvme and smiles and said I dont see a thing. He got mad and spit at me so he got his face slammed into the pavement He sat there crying and complaining that i assaulted him. The othervcoo came over and asked if i wanted to press charges. Assholes crying and saying he was assaulted. cops go you spit on him it wascself defence. The whole crew was laughing and the beat part was he brike his brand new iphone.
