They can read a prospectus from front to back and still not understand a basic portfolio, there won’t be enough safe guards for regular retail investors to understand PE type of investments.

for the first decade all of the retail funds will be stuffed with toxic waste no one can exit. . eventually it will probably be a good thing, but I wouldnt put in a penny into these for years...if ever
