Made with creamy, melty @Rehman Dairies cheese for that irresistible pull 🤤 Follow @twinskitchenbyaf for more easy, delicious, and innovative recipes ❤️ ———————- 📝 Recipe Step 1 – Chicken Marinade • Boneless chicken fillets • Salt – ½ tsp (or to taste) • Black pepper – ½ tsp • Paprika powder – 1 tsp • Chilli flakes – ½ tsp • HP sauce – 1½ tbsp • Garlic (chopped) – 3 cloves • Oil – 1 tbsp • Charcoal (for smoke) Method: • In a plate, add chicken fillets, salt, paprika, black pepper, chilli flakes, HP sauce, garlic, and oil. Mix well to marinate. • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, cook the chicken until done, then give it a charcoal smoke for that BBQ touch. ———————— Step 2 – Thousand Island Sauce • Mayonnaise – ½ cup • Chilli garlic sauce – ¼ cup • Onion (chopped) – 1 tbsp • Cucumber (chopped) – 1 tbsp • Black olives (chopped) – 1 tbsp • Salt – ¼ tsp (or to taste) • Black pepper – ½ tsp • Paprika powder – 1 tsp Method: • Mix all ingredients in a bowl until creamy and well-combined. ———————— Step 3 – Assembling the Sandwich • Spread Thousand Island sauce on bread slice. • Add cucumber, onion, tomato, and Rehman Dairies cheddar cheese slice. • Place another slice, spread sauce, then add chicken, another cheese slice, and top with a final bread slice with sauce. • Grill until golden and crispy.
