Although it is still well over 100 degrees, it is fall in my house 🍁🍂   Ingredients For the Dough: 	•	1/3 cup whole milk 	•	2 tbsp unsalted butter 	•	1/2 cup pumpkin puree (not pie filling) 	•	1/4 cup granulated sugar ( I used @Lakanto monkfruit) 	•	1/4 tsp ground nutmeg 	•	1/2 tsp salt 	•	1 large egg (@Vital Farms ) 	•	2 ¼ tsp yeast (instant or active dry; 1 packet) 	•	~2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour (plus more for kneading)  (I used @King Arthur Baking ) For the Filling: 	•	6 tbsp softened butter (I used @@maplehillcreamery) 	•	1/2 cup brown sugar (I used coconut sugar) 	•	1 tbsp ground cinnamon 	•	1/2 tsp nutmeg 	•	1/2 tsp allspice 	•	1/4 tsp ginger 	•	1/4 tsp cloves   For the Maple Cream Cheese Icing: 	•	4 oz cream cheese (softened) 	•	3 tbsp pure maple syrup 	•	1 tbsp whole milk 	•	2/3 cup powdered sugar 	•	Optional: pinch of cinnamon   ⸻ Steps to Bake 	1.	Warm & Mix Dough Base Warm the milk and butter together until just melted (~105–115°F), then set aside.   	2.	Combine Wet Ingredients In a bowl, whisk together pumpkin, sugar, nutmeg, salt. Add milk/butter mixture, egg, and yeast—mix to combine.   	3.	Add Flour & Knead Stir in about 1 cup flour, then the rest (~1 2/3 cups). Knead for ~5 minutes until dough is soft, slightly tacky, and bounces back when touched.   	4.	First Rise Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise until doubled (~2 hours).   	5.	Roll & Fill Punch down dough and roll it into a 10×14-inch rectangle. Spread softened butter on top, then sprinkle with the spiced brown sugar mix.   	6.	Shape Rolls Roll up the dough tightly, slice into 10–12 rolls, and place them in a greased pan.   	7.	Second Rise Let shaped rolls rise again until doubled (~1 hour).   	8.	Bake & Cover Bake at 350°F for ~25–30 minutes, covering with foil after 15 minutes if needed to prevent over-browning.   	9.	Make Icing Beat together softened cream cheese, maple syrup, milk, powdered sugar, and optional cinnamon until smooth.   	10.	Finish & Serve Spread icing over warm rolls.
