#SilkPartner These three protein packed ideas are my kids favorites and such easy ways to add more protein into their diet. I can always count on them finishing each of these. I’ll put all the details below. I love using Silk Kids Oatmilk Blend for the milk in all of the recipes because it has a creamy oat taste my kids absolutely love! PROTEIN SHAKE: Just add 2 bananas, 1 cup of Silk Kids Oatmilk Blend, 1 tbsp cocoa powder, 1 tbsp peanut butter, ½ cup of Greek yogurt and 2 cups of ice to a blender. Once blended, add to your favorite kids cup. PROTEIN POPSICLES: Add 12 ounces of plain greek yogurt, 2 cups of diced strawberries, ¼ cup honey, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of vanilla and 1 cup of Silk Kids Oatmilk  Blend to a blender. Once blended add that mixture into your popsicle molds. Freeze for at least four hours or overnight. If needed, run molds under warm water briefly to loosen them up. PROTEIN MAC & CHEESE: Cook & drain 8 oz package of high-protein pasta shells (or elbows). Reserve a small amount of the pasta water. In a medium saucepan, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over low-medium heat. Add in ½ cup of Silk Kids Oatmilk Blend and heat until it reaches a low simmer. Reduce heat to low. Gradually add in 2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese, stirring constantly over low heat until melted/smooth. Stir in ½ cup of plain Greek yogurt and mix until sauce is creamy. Add salt/pepper to taste.
