It is still a problem unless you do some additional precautions: having black wallpaper, hiding the taskbar, not leaving static images for a long period of time and reducing the screen brightness. You can watch Monitors Unboxed video about burn in

I'm not worried about burn in but I am worried if they're prone to dead pixels along the sides like on some OLED TVs. 😅

I had an OLED tv from 2016 that I spent immeasurable hours gaming and using for entertainment that didnt start to show signs of burn in until a few months ago. Still worked but used it as an excuse to upgrade but it was a sad day to let it go. All my screens are oled and no issues with them

There's still no 4k 360Hz OLED yet since the DisplayPort doesn't have enough bandwidth, and it would also cost at least 1500€. Until then, the market is really poor for multi-purpose monitors.

anyone in the market for an oled do yourself a favor and buy yourself a qd oled monitor. brughter better and burn in is reduced by over 60% i think. especially gen 3
