Replying to @Carolina Fabbri The best fluffy pancakes you’ll ever make 🍒🧁 INGREDIENTS:  ½ tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice (or orange juice) ½ cups + 6 tablespoons milk ¼ cup sour cream, at room temperature ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 1 ½ tablespoon melted butter 1 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon baking powder ¼ teaspoon fine sea salt 1 tablespoon organic cane sugar Optional: 1 to 2 scoops of protein powder INSTRUCTIONS: 1. In a bowl, mix all your wet ingredients: lemon juice, milk, sour cream, vanilla extract, and melted butter. 2. In another bowl, combine the dry ingredients: flour, baking powder, sea salt, and cane sugar. 3. Pour the wet into the dry and gently fold everything together with a wooden spoon. Don’t over mix, just until it comes together. 4. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. This helps it thicken and makes the pancakes extra fluffy. 5. Heat a pan over medium heat and add a little oil. 6. Scoop about ⅓ cup of batter per pancake into the pan. Cook for around 2 minutes, then flip and cook for 2 more. (Try not to flip back and forth, that’s how you lose the fluff!) 7. Top with your favorite fruits or whatever you’re feeling, and that’s it! 💛 Disclaimer: This recipe isn’t originally mine, I found it online and made a few tweaks to fit my taste.
