سعدت بالمشاركة في المؤتمر الدولي لتجربة المريض.. وتشرفت بالحديث عن أهمية الانتقال من مفهوم Healthspan إلى مفهوم أشمل وأعمق، Wellspan؛ حيث لا يكون الهدف مجرد إطالة سنوات العمر، وإنما تمكين الإنسان من أن يحيا بعافية شاملة تشمل الجسد، والعقل، والروح، والعلاقات، والمعنى. كما تحدثت عن ضرورة تأهيل الطبيب الحكيم، الذي لا يقتصر دوره على تشخيص المرض وعلاجه، لكن يمتد إلى مرافقة الإنسان في رحلته، ومساعدته على استعادة المعنى، وبعث الطمأنينة في قلبه، لأن الشفاء الحقيقي لا يخص الجسد وحده، وإنما يشمل العقل والروح أيضًا مع الجسد. خالص الشكر للقائمين على المؤتمر، وللحضور على تفاعلهم وتجاوبهم الكبير وأسأل الله أن يجعل هذا اللقاء خطوةً نحو رعاية صحية أكثر إنسانية، وأكثر رحمة، وأكثر أثرًا.
