Unfortunately, Kansas V Glover 2020, courts have ruled that police can pull over a vehicle, even if they can't ID the driver (if the owner of the vehicle comes back as a suspended license etc.) RS goes out the window if they CAN identify that the driver doesn't match the race, age, gender.

Dude your driving while suspended🤦♂️🤦♂️Omg just had over your id, he told you what you did wrong. it doesn't have to be a "moving violation". Cops have plate runners on their vehicles🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️🤦♂️
