@xonowfi: Expired milk no problem I’ll have a mozarella sandwich Used milk past its use-by date to make mozzarella! 🧀 Here’s how I did it: 1️⃣ Warmed the milk gently 2️⃣ Added vinegar to curdle it 3️⃣ Strained out the curds 4️⃣ Microwaved for 30 seconds + added salt 5️⃣ Kept kneading, microwaved 2 more times for 30 seconds each 6️⃣ Kneaded until it reached that perfect mozzarella stretch and texture! You guys know that the expiration date doesn’t mean that it’s actually bad it just for quality milk it’s good after 3 days of expiration while it’s important to keep track of it a few days are fine depending on the food
