Have you looked into Sjogren’s Disease? Dry eye is one of the biggest symptoms. I just got diagnosed last month.

have you been tested for celiac? i have celiac and psoriasis and get all of those symptoms. actually had to stop wearing contacts when i first developed symptoms because of how dry and irritated my eyes were

have you had your tryptase tested? I had some symptoms in the same family as yours and it turned out to be MCAS. I was regularly going into anaphylaxis and just thinking it was a panic attack. also WAY more people have migraines than they think and those affect the gut in crazy ways.
