Just when I needed it. Thanks! The worst part of OCD is when you have that anxiety you feel anxious and when you don't have anxiety you feel like you've been lying the whole time.

i loove your videos so much!! idk what to do because i lived with ocd my whole life and i knew it for a while now, but i just told my family this year, and they don’t understand it. they say they do but then they treat me as if i’m exaggerating and implying that i make everything about my ocd. it’s like they invalidate my ocd and it’s hard because idk what to do about it

I was getting better…truly..and my mind was so “light” but later my whole mental state went worse (my granny died), and again…it came back. Same theme…and i am so tired to carry my grief together with ocd.
