T level Childcare is a really rewarding course, I have just finished the whole 2 years, the placement definitely helps you learn on the job and it is so enjoyable to be around the children and gain experience with different ages. The workload can be tough sometimes but you can always get through it and work through it with others in the class, there is always resources to also help support you. It is definitely a good course to do if you want to be a tecaher in the future 😁

The T level is honestly amazing for going into primary teaching. The best part about it is placement you will do once a week in a school. I love my days with me year ones! With my course as well it’s only a 3 day week in college and 1 day in placement so you also get a day off a week x

At my college there is early years and assisted teaching which both come under childcare but the assisted teaching helps you get into the teaching bit more. You will do placement days in a school or nursery depending on where you chose which help you get experience for the future.

i just finished 1st year of the T level, feel free to message me any questions girl xxx it’s honestly such a good course if your interested in the subject area, the course content is interesting, i didn’t find it too much to take in, just keep on top of your work ❤️the first year content is mixed with early years and education, so you learn alot about younger children and babies/jobs in that age range. however second year i’ve been told it’s based more on actually teaching content. and placement is GREAT. i absolutely loved it. it’s made me soo excited to become a primary school teacher, it’s so rewarding. but message me girl x
