my biggest advice as somebody who had the flip5 since it came out, then switched to the 6, is to eventually invest in a case with a hinge protector. i know it may seem a little bulkier, but trust me it's worth it. have fun and i hope you continue to love your flip!

the battery is draining fast because you're using it practically all the time tinkering, tweaking, discovering, familiarizing the phone. it's a brand new environment and it's fun! but as soon as you use it the "normal" amount, the battery life should be better. also battery optimization kicks in after a bit. ☺️

The first few days the battery life sucks cause it’s a new toy. Once you get past all the customization and installing all the apps the battery life gets better

You gotta get zedge app, just thought I'd mention it since your coming from iphone. Any ring tone notification wallpaper you can imagine for free. You can also get a launcher to further customize your icons etc

For the front camera, I just found out that there’s three little settings that have three little faces on them where you get to add saturations and almost like preset filters so if you don’t like how pale or colorful you look, you can just mess with those little three faces
