It does get easier. I have a 14&10 year old & we can eat out & go food shopping, they are actually quite helpful when food shopping x

Would a restaurant bag with toys that are only for that time help maybe? 😊 Also you could give the toddler small lists in the supermarket eg; we need 2 apples, can you find them?” It might make it less of a nightmarish experience💖💖💖
